Brief:
Redesign the careers page for Incentro

In 2019 Incentro was undergoing a rebranding process. Let’s Embrace Change was the slogan for this rebranding. As part of the rebranding I had the honour to lead the rebranding of the careers website. This platform is important for the company as it is the platform that attracts new talents. Since it is the dark horse of the company we implemented a super fast dark themed and responsive website that compliments with the new white and orange Incentro.com.

UX consultant in a design chapter

I worked in a young yet highly progressive design department where I was part of a team of 12+ designers. Together, we worked on design systems, smart components, facilitating scrum teams, conducting user tests, and creating UI designs for our clients. Working with such a highly skilled family enabled me to grow significantly as a UX designer.

As a consultant I got to work at different companies in my 3 years at Incentro. I worked for clients such as: Coop, VanDoorne, GrandVision, KPN, Telfort, Mister Green, Gemeente Rotterdam, Randstad and EWT.

We won a hackathon with a new and fresh concept for the recruitment department. We made a customer funnel to create and maintain a talent pool for Incentro.

Can you make it pop, please?

As a designer we often get the question: can you make it pop, please? Next to my work as UX consultant I could facilitate my clients at Incentro with UI animations made in Principle, After Effects and Flinto. Next to that there were a lot of opportunity for photo and video work. I used this to help Incentro gaining leads and doing sales. Potential clients like it when things pop!
