Brief:
Create a brand for a sport accessory that helps you optimise your daily sport routine

My business partner and I started Giryu in 2018 with the passion for working smarter not harder. Since time is limited, we developed an instrument to speed up our daily sport routine. The Giryu Mask allows you to train 3x as fast. Work smarter and harder mentality became our work ethic and our motivation to enter the e-commerce scene.

#OPTIMALISM

It was once said: If you can’t do great things, do small things in a great way. The accumulation of small things will compound and eventually result in something great. As James Clear says in his book “Atomic Habits”, If you master continuous improvement and get 1% better each day for one year, you'll end up 37 times better by the time you're done. That is why Giryu stands for #optimalism: the belief of taking small steps and optimalize yourself.

Influencer marketing

Working with influencers was a learning process. In world where ‘everyone’ is an influencer we had to pick out our brand ambassadors. We looked for the exceptional people with a ‘work smart and hard’ mindset. In 2019 we had several collaborations with a world champion taekwondo, a professional MMA fighter, ex-olympian javelin thrower and a famous music duo in the electro scene.
